RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Units may be returned only if they have not been installed.
Returned units must be brought to our warehouse for inspection. Once the unit is received, it will be physically checked for dents, damages, signs of installation, signs of wear, missing parts, or any other condition that may affect resale.
A return or exchange will only be accepted if the unit is found to be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in suitable condition.
A refund will only be issued if another unit is taken in exchange. If the client requires delivery of the second unit, a delivery fee of €25 will apply.
BJG IMPORTS CO LTD reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the unit shows signs of installation, use, damage, wear, or mishandling.
